Skin Care Review: Hydroxatone AM/PM Wrinkle Cream

I’m more of a makeup junkie than anything because when it comes to skin care I like to find what works + stick with it. Until recently I hadn’t really cared to do skin care reviews unless I was on hunt for something new + found something awesome that worked wonders. Thanks to hormone changes my skin is doing a 180 on me + I’m having to revamp the products I’ve relied on for years to keep my skin balanced. When I decided to go cruelty-free that made the process just a little more challenging. Fast-forward 8 months + I’m still getting hits + misses but I am finding some products that will be in my stash forever as long as they remain cruelty-free + the formula stays superb! This Hydroxatone AM/PM Anti-Wrinkle Complex with SPF 15 is one of those superb products that I will always want to have on hand.

Three reasons why I love this product + recommend it:

♥ It makes my skin feel softer than silk.

♥ I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my skin since using this cream.

♥ It is for daytime + night-time use.

Other things I love about this cream are the consistency of the cream itself {nothing worse than working with runny products that end up all over the place} + it doesn’t have much of a scent to it. Overpowering scents in skin care, especially for my face, are just a huge nose turner for me.

My only truly dislike of this product is the fact that it comes in a jar. My nails are usually long enough to get junk stuck under them so I completely detest dipping them into jars + containers. I use a little cosmetic spatula, when I can find it, most of the time but since this product is working for me I just suck it up.

Hydroxatone AM/PM Anti-Wrinkle Complex is currently being sold in Ulta, one of my favorite spots to shop, + you can view other products for the line here.

  1. Great review. Hydroxatone definitely is one of the best anti aging skin care products available.

  2. One thing though, Jessica. It’s not good for your skin to use a product at night that has sunscreen ingredients in it…they’re just too powerful (in the wrong way) to wear to sleep.

Really? Thanks for the info, I had no idea, gonna have to look further into that. I’m pretty sure it’s the only one I have like that though.

  3. I’ve wondered about this product!! I may have to give it a try! Thanks for sharing~
