I was so curious about this nail polish when I saw it on the Sephora website. More than anything I wanted to know how a polish that light + pearlescent would work + look as a crackle type of nail polish. Then I got it + it sat on my shelf for about 2 weeks + then I got frustrated because I hadn’t a clue what to pair it with. On NYE I sat at my desk determined to work a look with it. For some reason it just clicked to use a much darker nail color as a base + finally I got something really good {my persistence pays off one way or another!}.
I used an oldie but goodie as the base Sonia Kashuk’s ‘Tantalizing Teal’. It’s a dark teal + goes perfect with my skin tone. Purchased from Target for about $4 + of course the Sephora nail polish is from Sephora. I got mine on sale but I thing regular price they are about $9.50.
I was still sitting at my desk while I took pics but I tried to do as many angles as possible to show off this pretty polish.
So against the teal it makes a pretty purple shade + I love the crackle patterns it makes. I only layered it on one finger {my ring finger in photos above + below} but it didn’t make much of a difference only gave it a “thicker” look, it still cracked in the same places.

I didn’t expect to come out with purple nails but I like it.

This looks great! Thanks for showing it off. I’ve been wondering about it too.
Thank you Katy:-)
I have this and love it!
Phyrra I had no idea I would like it so much! I’m sure your polish collection is endless!
