I’ve been having a little fun playing around with green shadows + liners. I usually stick to purple, gold + basic neutral colors for an everyday look but this is my 3rd time wearing this shadow + liner combo in less than a week so I figured I must like it
It’s good once in a while to step outside your makeup comfort zone, you get to learn something new about yourself.

So this looks like a mini beauty arsenal that I used, mostly on my eyes but I like to layer colors, especially mascara. I’ll leave a full list of what I used color wise underneath the last pic of the post.

This is probably my second time using this e.l.f. beauty book, I know shame on me, but I dipped into nearly all the shades before I decided on mixing the two pink colors {top row: the two in the middle} No amount of lighting would bring out the pink tone in the second color

I used a blending brush {eco tools} to layer the gold + green shadows. Laid the gold shade {top row, second from the left} from Too Faced Glamour To Go Spun Sugar Edition first then added L.A. Colors eyeshadow in Army green to the outer corner part of my lids leaving the gold to shine for the inner corners. I also added the green eyeliner from Wet N Wild to the top of my lash line last + blended that as well.

And here’s my fotd pic. Tried my hardest to get a better photo of the shadow but my 2 year old wasn’t having it. Like my super pink lips? I always feel like we go straight from winter holidays into Spring here since it rarely gets cold + pink is one of my favorite colors to flaunt.

As promised here is a swatch list of what I’m wearing. If you’re less than sure about breaking in to the green trend start with a green liner like pictured below. It won’t overwhelm your other makeup + is flattering on most skin tones. The mascaras are layered because that’s how I wear them most of the time {I’m a layer-aholic}

That is a beautiful look!
Thank you
