Grapes for silky firm skin.

Grapes contain natural exfoliants & antioxidants that promote healthy looking, firm & silky skin.

8 small grapes or 4 large grapes

Peel & slice grapes, remove seeds.
Mash into a pulp & smooth over face avoiding eye & mouth areas.
Leave on about 15 minutes then rinse with warm water.
Follow up with moisturizer.









Apples to Tone

An apple a day could keep the dermatologist away. Using this treatment once a week you can improve problematic skin conditions.

Cut one apple & blend.
Covering hair line apply to face & lay down.
Leave on for about 20 minutes then rinse with warm water.
Apply a light moisturizer after avoiding t-zone area.
